Notice of Utility Application to Transfer Certificate of Public Convenience

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on October 24, 2013:
ACS of Anchorage, Inc. (ACS-AN Inc.) and ACS of Anchorage, LLC (ACS-AN
LLC) jointly filed an application to transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity (Certificate) No. 120 from ACS-AN Inc. to ACS-AN LLC. Docket U-13-186 was opened to address this matter.
ACS of Fairbanks, Inc. (ACS-F Inc) and ACS of Fairbanks, LLC (ACS-F LLC)
jointly filed an application to transfer Certificate No. 117 from ACS-F Inc. to ACS-F LLC. Docket U-13-188 was opened to address this matter.
ACS of Alaska, Inc. (ACS-AK Inc.) and ACS of Alaska, LLC (ACS-AK LLC) jointly
filed an application to transfer Certificate No. 251 from ACS-AK Inc. to ACS-AK
LLC. Docket U-13-190 was opened to address this matter.
