NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska
Pacific Environmental Services Dutch Harbor, LLC (APES-Dutch Harbor) has filed an
application to change its business name to Alaska Pacific Environmental Services Dutch
Harbor, LLC d/b/a Pacific Waste. No changes are being made to rates or services by this
application. APES-Dutch Harbor is a limited liability company organized under the laws
of the State of Alaska. Docket No. U-13-123 was opened to address this matter.
