NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska
Pacific Environmental Services Nome, LLC (APES-Nome) has filed an application to
change its business name to Alaska Pacific Environmental Services Nome, LLC d/b/a
Pacific Waste. No changes are being made to rates or services by this application. APES-Nome is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alaska.
