NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that YMax
Communications Corp. (YMax) filed an application to discontinue competitive local
exchange telecommunications service and to relinquish Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No. 715, on June 6, 2013. Docket U-13-114 was opened to
address this matter.
