Notice of Utility Application
The REGULATORY COMMISSION of ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on February 26, 2015, Haida Energy, Inc. (Haida Energy) filed an application for
a new Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate). Haida
Energy proposes to provide wholesale electric service to Alaska Power Company
(APC) in the vicinity of Hydaburg, Alaska. Docket No. U-15-012 was opened to
address this matter.
