NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that CHUGACH
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (Chugach) has filed tariff revision TA377-8, which requests
approval of a base Gas Sale & Purchase Agreement (GSPA) between Chugach and
Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp), for firm natural gas deliveries commencing January 1, 2015
and terminating on March 31, 2018. Chugach requests the addition of all associated
costs incurred under the GSPA be included in the calculation of the Fuel and Purchased
Power Cost Adjustment surcharge.
