Notice of Application for Transfer of Ownership
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on
September 18, 2014, a joint application was filed by Harvest Alaska, LLC (Harvest
Alaska) and Murphy Exploration (Alaska) Inc. (Murphy), for approval of a transfer of
Murphy’s 1.4228 percent ownership interest in Northstar Pipeline Company, LLC to
Harvest Alaska. Northstar Pipeline Company, LLC operates the Northstar Gas
Pipeline which provides common carrier transportation service for fuel and injection
gas under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 605. Docket No. P-14-026 was opened to address this matter.
