NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
ALASKA ELECTRIC LIGHT & POWER COMPANY (AEL&P) has filed a tariff
revision, TA415-1, requesting approval of Amendment No.7 to the Snettisham
Hydroelectric Project Hatchery Electric Service Agreement (HESA) between
AEL&P and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G). AEL&P
proposes to revise the Rate Section of the HESA by decreasing the electrical rate
for the hatchery service from $0.0475 to $0.0436 per kilowatt-hour.
