Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ANCHORAGE
WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY (AWWU) has filed a pair of tariff revisions for its water
and sewer utilities (TA152-122 and TA151-126, respectively), proposing 2013 Levy Upon
Connection (LUC) assessment rates. Under AWWU’s water and sewer tariffs, in certain
circumstances, a parcel served by a water main or sewer line is subject to a LUC water or
sewer assessment at the LUC rate for the year of construction. A summary of the past
and proposed 2013 LUC water and sewer assessment rates is shown below.
