Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CVTC), Arctic Slope Telephone Cooperative
Association (ASTAC), Ketchikan Public Utilities (KPU), Interior Telephone Company, Inc.
(ITC), Mukluk Telephone Company, Inc. (MUKLUK), and Matanuska Telephone
