Application for new certificate -
NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Interior
Alaska Natural Gas Utility (IANGU) has filed an application for a new certificate. IANGU is
a public corporation created by the Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB). IANGU
proposes to provide natural gas utility services to areas of the FNSB that are not
presently receiving natural gas utility service, including outlying areas of Fairbanks and
the City of North Pole. Docket U-13-103 was opened to address this matter.
