Notice of Application for Transfer of Ownership Interest
The REGULATORY COMMISSION of ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on May 29, 2015, Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp Alaska) and Swanson River Oil
Pipeline, LLC (Swanson River) (collectively referred to as “Applicants”) filed a
joint application seeking approval of the transfer of ownership of the Swanson
River Oil Pipeline operated under Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 752, from Hilcorp Alaska to Swanson River. Docket No. P-15-011
was opened to address the application.
