The Regulatory Commission of Alaska has been informed by Anchorage Water
and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) of the following information:
In response to COVID-19 AWWU is temporarily operating under modified
customer service protocols based on CDC (Center for Disease Control and
Prevention) recommendations.
This includes:
Immediate Closure of AWWU Offices to the Public.
This closure will not impact our water and wastewater service to our customers.
While our offices are temporarily closed, you can access your account online
through AWWU.biz
