Notice of Utility Application for Certificate Amendment
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 17,
2015, ALPAT Water Utility, LLC (ALPAT) filed an application to amend its service area for
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 730. ALPAT provides water utility
service to 109 homes in the Moorehand Subdivision in Anchorage. ALPAT proposes to
incorporate the existing community water system servicing Creekwood Park
Apartments, located on Lot 2, Dawn Acres Subdivision in Palmer, into its certificated
service area. Docket No. U-15-071 was opened to address this matter.
