Transparent LAN Service -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) hereby gives notice that
INTERIOR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC. (ITC), a local exchange telephone company, has
filed a tariff revision (TA137-165). In its filing, ITC proposes the addition of Transparent
LAN Service (TLS) to its existing tariff. TLS is a service offered for the interconnection of
Ethernet local area networks. To receive the service, customers must subscribe to
Ethernet port service as a data link. Proposed rates for TLS include both nonrecurring
and monthly recurring charges for month to month, one year, and three year terms.
