The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Waste
Connections of Alaska, Inc. d/b/a Alaska Waste (WCA), has filed a revenue requirement,
cost of service, and rate design study, designated as TA86-692, for its residential service.
With this filing, WCA is seeking a permanent rate increase of 11.45%, to be allocated
according to the included cost of service and rate design study. WCA is not seeking an
interim rate increase.
