NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Fairbanks
Natural Gas, LLC (FNG) filed an application to amend Certificate No. 514 to encompass a
larger service area. FNG currently provides natural gas utility service to customers in the
City of Fairbanks and is proposing to extend its service area to include North Pole,
Eielson and areas in between. FNG is a privately held limited liability company, created
in Alaska in 1997, and is wholly owned by Pentex Alaska Natural Gas, LLC. Docket No. U-13-083 was opened to address this matter.
