Notice of Utility Petitions for Confidentiality
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on April 29 and June 30, 2014, Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) filed
petitions for confidential treatment of pricing terms for two separate fuel purchase
contracts in Dockets U-14-099 and U-14-081, respectively. GVEA is seeking
confidential treatment of specific terms of its fuel contracts with Petro Star, Inc.
(Petro Star) in Docket U-14-081 and Usibelli Coal Mine (Usibelli) in Docket U-14-099.
