NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILINGS
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that, in
accordance with 47 CFR § 51.909(c), local exchange carriers: Matanuska Telephone
Association, Inc. (MTA), Ketchikan Public Utilities (KPU), Copper Valley Telephone
Cooperative, Inc. (CVTC), Arctic Slope Telephone Cooperative Association (ASTAC),
Mukluk Telephone Company, Inc. (MTC), Interior Telephone Company, Inc. (ITC), and
Cordova Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CTC) (collectively the Carriers) have filed tariff
revisions TA112-999, TA113-999, TA114-999, TA115-999, TA116-999, TA117-999, and
TA119-999 respectively.
The Carriers propose to adjust Transitional Intrastate Access Service (TIAS) rates to be
equivalent in rate and structure to interstate rates, adopting the rate structure and rates
for TIAS as specified in Tariff Federal Communications Commission (FCC) No. 5 (NECA
Tariff) for all elements of Transitional Intrastate Access Service.
