Transfer of Certificate 6005 -
NOTICE OF UTILITY APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Spenard
Heights Water System, LLC has filed an application by to transfer Certificate No. 6005
from the Estate of Wayne Cates, to a number of the customers served by the Spenard
Heights Water System. The holder of Certificate No. 6005 is authorized to provide water
utility service to customers in the Spenard Heights Addition, Thurman Drive, Galt,
Carpenter, and Culver Subdivisions. Docket No. W-13-017 was opened to address this
matter.
