Annual Distribution Fees Update -
Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that CHUGACH
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (Chugach) has filed TA389-8, to revise its distribution service
fee schedule for (1) raising or lowering facilities, and (2) special service installations. On
average, the fees are increasing by approximately 2% to account for increased costs
associated with labor and material costs for providing these services. The proposed rates
include adjustments to the individual charges for raising or lowering special service
installations. In addition, this filing includes proposed rate revisions to individual charges
for special service installations.
