The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
Natural Gas Company (Enstar), a natural gas utility, filed tariff revision TA261-4, in which it
proposes revisions to its Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) methodology to allow annual rather
than quarterly GCA filings.
