Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage
Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed two tariff revisions for its water and sewer
utilities (TA153-122 and TA152-126, respectively), proposing 2014 Levy Upon Connection
(LUC) assessment rates. Under AWWU’s water and sewer tariffs, in certain circumstances,
a parcel served by a water main or sewer line is subject to a LUC water or sewer
assessment at the LUC rate for the year of construction.
