Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA gives notice that Alaska Pacific
Environmental Services - Dutch Harbor, LLC d/b/a Pacific Waste (APES-Dutch) filed tariff
revision TA22-654, proposing an interim across-the-board rate increase of 11.49 percent
and a permanent rate increase based on the outcome of the concurrently filed revenue
requirement, cost of service, and rate design study with a 2013 test year. In addition,
APES-Dutch proposes eliminating the standard service rate.
