Revisions to Transitional Intrastate Access Service Charges -
Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on
September 30, 2014, ACS of Alaska, LLC, ACS of Anchorage, LLC, ACS of Fairbanks, LLC
and ACS of the Northland, LLC collectively d/b/a Alaska Communications Systems, Alaska
Communications, ACS Local Service and ACS (collectively “ACS”) filed tariff advice filings
TA192-251, TA537-120, TA133-117, and TA173-359, respectively. In accordance with 47
§
C.F.R. 51.907(d), ACS is proposing to introduce end office direct trunk port and
common trunk port service, and reduce some of its terminating local switching rates.
The proposed effective date for these tariff filings is November 14, 2014.
