ENSTAR Gas Cost Adjustment. ENSTAR has been asked to appear at the RCA
public meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 9 a.m. The meeting will provide
a forum for public comment for those who wish to voice concerns over the gas
cost adjustment (GCA). ENSTAR will also address the GCA issue and be
available to respond to Commissioner questions. The GCA effective July 1
follows an April 1 GCA. The April GCA afforded three months of decreased
prices to ENSTAR customers.
