Notice Of Application For Connection Permit And Approval Of Connection
Agreement
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 29, 2015,
Kenai Beluga Pipeline LLC (KBPL) filed an application for a permit to connect its Kenai Beluga
Pipeline system (KBPL System) to a lateral pipeline of Furie Operating Alaska, LLC (Furie) at East
Forelands on the Kenai Peninsula. Furie’s lateral pipeline runs from a gas processing plant being
constructed by Furie in Nikiski to its point of interconnection with the KBPL System. KBPL also
requests approval of the Facilities Connection and Reimbursement Agreement related to the
design, installation, maintenance, operation, removal, and costs of certain facilities to be
constructed or modified at or near the point of connection. Docket No. P-15-007 was opened to
address this matter.
