Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA gives notice that ALASKA POWER COMPANY
(APC) has filed tariff revision designated as TA834-2, wherein APC proposes to (1) revise
tariff language to indicate that application for service is made using the standard
application form, (2) remove the requirement for a signed, written request from a
customer for connection or disconnection of service, and (3) revise the disconnect
notice language to mirror that of 3 AAC 52.450(c)(3), allowing mailed disconnect notices
if premises are 25 miles or more from the nearest utility location.
