NOTICE OF UTILITY SPECIAL CONTRACT FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), has filed tariff revision TA246-4, requesting
Commission approval of a Special Contract for interruptible natural gas transportation
service to Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach), which was entered into on
October 30, 2013 (Special Contract). The term of the Special Contract runs from
December 15, 2013 through December 15, 2014 and continues thereafter until canceled
upon 90 days’ written notice by either party. Under the Special Contract, Chugach’s
volumetric rate will vary based upon the quantity of gas delivered.
