R-20-003 Technical Conference.

Pursuant to Order R-20-003(3) the Regulatory Commission of Alaska has scheduled a technical conference to address regulations governing tariff filing requirements and required tariff content for an electric reliability organization (ERO),  the imposition of penalties for failing to comply with approved reliability standards, ERO cost recovery, and conflict resolution procedures related to reliability standards.

The technical conference is scheduled to convene on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. via Cisco Webex, possibly continuing at 9:30 a.m. on February 24 and February 25, 2021, if necessary.

Any parties that wish to participate in the technical conference should email our law office assistants at LOA.RCA@alaska.gov to request an invitation.  Due to the online format of the hearing, we request that parties submit any documents they intend to use at the technical conference electronically to our law office assistants by 5 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2021.
