NOTICE OF UTILITY SPECIAL CONTRACT FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), has filed tariff revision TA247-4, requesting
Commission approval of a proposed Special Contract for firm natural gas transportation
service to Alaska Electric and Energy Cooperative, Inc, (AEEC), which was entered into on
November 13, 2013 (Special Contract). The term of the proposed Special Contract runs
from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 and continues thereafter until
canceled with a written notice by either party by June 30 to be effective December 31 of
the year in which the notice is given.
