NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT ADOPTED
BY NEGOTIATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
ACS of Anchorage, Inc., ACS of Fairbanks, Inc., ACS of Alaska, Inc, and ACS of
the Northland, Inc. (together ACS LECs) filed an amendment to the
interconnection and reciprocal compensation agreement with ACS Wireless, Inc.
(ACSW) on January 16, 2013. Docket U-13-002 was opened to address this
matter.
