Notice of Utility Application to Transfer Eligible Telecommunications
Carrier Designation
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
on October 24, 2013:
ACS of Anchorage, Inc. (ACS-AN Inc.) and ACS of Anchorage, LLC (ACS-AN
LLC) jointly filed a request to transfer Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC)
designation currently held by ACS-AN Inc. to ACS-AN LLC. Docket U-13-187
was opened to address this matter.
ACS of Fairbanks, Inc. (ACS-F Inc.) and ACS of Fairbanks, LLC (ACS-F LLC)
jointly filed a request to transfer ETC designation currently held by ACS-F Inc. to
ACS-F LLC. Docket U-13-189 was opened to address this matter.
ACS of Alaska, Inc. (ACS-AK Inc.) and ACS of Alaska, LLC (ACS-AK LLC) jointly
filed a request to transfer ETC designation currently held by ACS-AK Inc. to ACS-AK LLC. Docket U-13-191 was opened to address this matter.
ACS of the Northland, Inc. (ACS-N Inc.) and ACS of the Northland, LLC (ACS-N
LLC), jointly filed a request to transfer ETC designation currently held by ACS-N
Inc. to ACS-N LLC. Docket U-13-193 was opened to address this matter.
