Notice of Utility Tariff Filing.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that CHUGACH
ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. (Chugach) has filed tariff revision TA380-8, in which it
proposes to revise its fuel adjustment mechanism to include the recovery of costs
associated with a standardized Firm Compression and Delivery Service Agreement with
Kenai Nikiski Pipeline, LLC for natural gas compression.
