Notice of Utility Tariff Filing.
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the
MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE D/B/A MUNICIPAL LIGHT AND POWER DEPARTMENT
(ML&P), an electric utility, has filed TA332-121, seeking approval of a 24.32% across-the-board interim and refundable rate increase to the currently effective energy and
demand charges, effective for billings on or after October 24, 2013. The 24.32%
increase is the first phase of a proposed 31.52% across-the-board rate increase to the
currently effective demand and energy charges, over a two-year period.
