Notice of Application for Acquisition of Controlling Interest
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on December
10, 2014, Northern Utility Services, LLC (NUS) filed an application to acquire a controlling interest
in Oasis Water, LLC (Oasis), the holder of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No.
737. Oasis is a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Alaska that is authorized
to
provide water service in and around the Field of View Subdivision within the City of Wasilla’s
municipal boundary. Oasis is currently managed and operated by NUS. Docket No. U-14-119
was opened to address this matter.
