Notice of Deregulation Election.

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska acknowledges receiving notice from Alaska Electric and Energy Cooperative, Inc. (AEEC) of the cooperative’s intention to seek exemption from economic regulation by election.  AEEC sells its wholesale power to its only member, Homer Electric Association.
