NOTICE OF UTILITY PETITION
 

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that GCI Communication Corporation d/b/a General Communication, Inc. and GCI (GCI) filed a request for designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) to provide wireless services in the Bush-Tell, Inc. (Bush-Tell) study area on January 17, 2013. Docket U-13-004 was opened to address this matter.
