Notice of Utility Application
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 10,
2015, Delta Environmental Services, LLC (DES) filed an application for a new Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate). DES proposes to offer residential and
commercial refuse collection services in and around the community of Delta Junction.
