New pipeline connecting to CINGSA facility -
Notice of Utility Application for Certificate Amendment
The REGULATORY COMMISSION of ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on
June 9, 2015, ALASKA PIPELINE COMPANY (APLC) filed an application to amend
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 141. APLC proposes to
construct a 4.16 mile long, 16-inch diameter pipeline to connect the Cook Inlet
Natural Gas Storage Company Alaska, LLC facility to an existing APLC pipeline near
Mile 18.2 of Kalifornsky Beach Road. The proposed route of the new pipeline would
follow Bridge Access Road and Kalifornsky Beach Road. APLC’s certificate
amendment application seeks to extend its service area to include the route of the
new pipeline. Docket No. U-15-087 was opened to address this matter.
