RCA Establishes Regulatory Cost Charge Rates and the Power Cost Equalization Base Rate Effective July 1, 2010 for Fiscal Year 2011. 

The regulatory cost charge rates for regulated utilities and pipeline carriers were established on June 25, 2010 in Order U-10-027(2)/P-10-007(2).

The Power Cost Equalization base rate was established in Order U-10-030(2).
