Gas Supply Agreement -
NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR
NATURAL GAS COMPANY (ENSTAR), a natural gas utility, has filed tariff revision TA239-4,
which requests approval of a base Gas Supply Agreement (GSA) between Alaska Pipeline
Company (APC) and Buccaneer Alaska, LLC (Buccaneer) for firm natural gas deliveries
beginning October 1, 2013. Additionally, ENSTAR requests the addition of the GSA and
all associated GSA costs to be included in the Determination of Gas Cost Adjustment
section of ENSTAR’s tariff.
