Discovery Regulations Filed with the Lieutenant Governor.
The discovery regulations adopted by the RCA in R-11-001 were filed with the
Lieutenant Governor on July 19, 2013, and will be effective on August 18, 2013. The
regulations will be published in October 2013 in Register 207 of the Alaska
Administrative Code.
