NOTE: At the March 11, 2008 Public Meeting the RCA hopes to address agenda items 2 & 3 before
it is
necessary to recess for RCA participation in a Senate Labor & Commerce committee meeting dealing
with bills
affecting the RCA. It may be necessary to recess the public meeting on short notice,
If so the public meeting will
reconvene as soon as possible.
