Cogeneration and Small Power Production Regulations Filed with the
Lieutenant Governor.
The cogeneration and small power production regulations adopted by the RCA in
Docket R-13-002 were filed with the Lieutenant Governor on February 10, 2016,
and will be effective on March 11, 2016. The regulations will be published in April
2016 in Register 217 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
