Public Notice U-13-001: Municipal Light & Power - NOTICE OF DEPRECIATION FILING

 

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Municipal Light & Power (ML&P) submitted a filing seeking approval to apply the recently approved depreciation rates for the Southcentral Power Project (SPP) for accounting purposes, once commercial operation of the SPP commences. Docket U-13-001 was opened to address this matter.
