Transfer Eligible Telecommunications Carrier and CPCN 511 -
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO TRANSFER CERTIFICATE AND ELIGIBLE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER DESIGNATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that OTZ
Telecommunications, Inc. (OTZ Telecom) and OTZ Telecommunications, LLC jointly filed,
on June 7, 2013:
(1) a request to transfer the Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) designation
currently held by OTZ Telecom to OTZ TELECOMMUNICATIONS, LLC, and
(2) an application to transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
(Certificate) No. 511 from OTZ Telecom d/b/a OTZ Long Distance to OTZ
Telecommunications, LLC.
Docket U-13-115 was opened to address the request to transfer the ETC designation,
and Docket U-13-116 was opened to address the application to transfer Certificate No.
511.
