The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on February 13, 2015, Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA), an electric utility, filed tariff revision TA451-18, seeking Commission approval to add economy energy sales to its tariff and to add the net of those sales to its Cost of Power Adjustment as a new cost element.
