Regulatory Commission of Alaska Files Reply Comments with the FCC.

The Commission filed reply comments in response to the FCC's DA11-1348, Further Inquiry into Certain Issues in the Universal Service Intercarrier Compensation Transformation Procedding (Notice) concerning the Connect America Fund (CAF), Universal Service Fund (USF) issues, and Intercarrier Compensation (ICC) mechanisms.
