NOTICE OF PIPELINE TRANSFER APPLICATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that
Anchor Point Energy, LLC (APE) and Cook Inlet Energy, LLC (CIE) filed a joint
application requesting approval to transfer a controlling interest in APE to CIE.
Docket No. P-14-008 was opened to address this matter. APE holds Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 734, under which APE owns and
operates the Anchor Point pipeline to transports natural gas produced at the
North Fork Unit.
